Location: Excellent, Within walking distance to the Champs-Elysees, Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from, There's a small supermarket on the same street, Quiet area. Executive room: Very spacious, Lovely interior, Comfortable bed Bathroom: Clean and spacious shower/bathtub, Toilet has a (shattaf) which is very convenient for muslims! (I'm not sure if all the rooms include one (shattaf), so better to contact the hotel staff before booking) Staff: Very friendly and helped with all our needs! Breakfast: Standard but tasty!

Locations was excellent Literally 5 minute walk from Champs-Elysées Around 10 minutes from arc de triumph Plenty of cafes and restaurants around Great customer service, meeting our needs in timely manner Helpful and friendly The furniture is exceptional the beds are fantastic

All the staff were simply amazing. Fantastic attitude and very helpful for anything. My husband misplaced his phone in an Uber and they were simply wonderful in helping us get it back. Spl shout-out to Jeswan at the door. The rooms were much bigger and higher ceilings than regular Paris rooms. We were welcomed with delicious chocolates and macaroons. Despite arriving only by 10 pm, check in was smooth. They really took care of all our requirements. Location was absolutely brilliant..

Hotel itself is beautiful. Staff inviting and friendly. Also very helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was excellent food is delicious as well having such great variety for all palates. Property is very clean and well kept. House keeping is very thorough and always cleaned the room and made beds and left fresh towels every single time. Also the little welcoming gift was the best! We ordered room service that was very prompt and delicious. It was as good if not better than what we could have gotten at a well rated restaurant. Next door there is a little convenience store, three doors the other way is a little market with fresh fruit. A very delicious day time bakery with a wide aray of sandwiches, salads, drinks, pastries is just five doors down. I loved this hotel and have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

The Location was right in the city of Paris so It was really easy to get around to all the tourist spots. All the staff were excellent from check-in to check-out. Pierre in the restaurant was very friendly and was an excellent help, truly an asset to the hotel. The lady at reception who wore glasses, my apologies for forgetting her name, was so welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed during our staff. We had a beautiful room and view from the room was stunning. The room was extremely clean and everything was beyond my expectations. Can't wait to return, definitely will be my first choice for when Im Paris.

The hotel was cozy and chic, in the best area, walking distance from everything in the center of Paris. The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was high, though, depending on the total service and facilities, probably because of the Olympics that increased the demand. But, it’s a really safe and nice choice if you visiting Paris for 3-4 days!

First of all, the hotel’s staff is very professional. They allow me for early check-in and the room was perfect and the size is very good comparing to other hotels. I extended my staying and they upgraded my room to suite and it was outstanding. The whole team is great and supportive and they respond very quickly to your requests. The location of the hotel is 4 min away of Av. des Champs-Élysées and a lot of restaurants and shops are near to it. My 3 months old daughter had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel responded very quickly and bring a doctor to my room to check my daughter and they were very kind and supportive during our stay. Thank you again to Srour and the whole staff for everything and we will visit the hotel again.
